Textured and Brushed Decorative Finishes are functional, aesthetically pleasing, durable and inexpensive. Used in a variety of applications from Architectural Shop fronts, hotels, airports, appliances, food processing areas etc. Some textured finishes such as the 5WL and 6WL offer  a tough durable scratch resistant surfaces which are ideal for high traffic areas. The use of textured finishes result in increased product life together with lower long term repair costs.
A patterned/textured surface has a reduced contact area, as a result friction problems in food, drink and processing machinery have been solved when using textured metals. The textured stainless steel sheet not only hides dents and scratches, the product is weight saving ,  breaks up light patterns, aesthetically pleasing and functional all in one. Other finishes such as Ring Polish and No.4 satin are popular as they hide scratches, mask finger prints and break up light ideal use on tanks, shop fronts , appliances, decorative features  etc.

All of these textured metals are of international standards and have a tolerance to ASTM A480m, Chemical to ASTM A240 91A, Mechanical to ASTM A240 91.  Test certificates are issued standard with every delivery.

Base Sheet in AISI 304 or AISI 316 in 2B Finish

No.4 Brush Finish  

150-180 grit finish. A fine directional polish, typically used in the washroom accessories.

Hairline Finish

80-140 grit finish. A well defined directional polish. These sheets are polished to provide a "continuous long grain" Hairline look. A finish which is popular with architects for its aesthetic look, it is equally popular with fabricators due to its ease of fabrication and finish-matching properties after welding operations.

No. 8 Mirror Finish

This is the most reflective mirror finish. All of the polishing, or "grit," lines from the preliminary polishing operations are removed. The look is that of a glass mirror, sometimes referred to as a non-directional mirror finish. No.8 mirror finished sheets are guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects and is available as single-sided or double-sided mirror polished sheets

Titanium Coloured

Available in gold, rose gold, rose copper, brass, bronze, black, brown, charcoal or as a hard clear coat over natural polished stainless steel finishes (Hairline, No.8  Mirror and texture etched designs in Hairline or No.8 Mirror).

Etched Designs

A wide range of existing designs are available for the No.4, Hairline, and No. 8 Mirror finishes. In addition, sheets can be colorized with Titanium. custom designs may also be specified.
